We have expanded our programs to: Atlanta, GA, in conjunction with Emory (University) Healthcare; Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, in conjunction with North Broward Hospital District; Detroit, MI, in conjunction with William Beaumont Hospital; Toledo, OH, in conjunction with the Medical College of Ohio; Nashville, TN, in conjunction with Vanderbilt University; and Beverly Hills, CA.
In affiliation with St.Joseph’s/Candler Health System, we are now providing our lifestyle management and cardiovascular disease risk reduction services to employees of the Savannah Business Group companies. In addition to providing our services on-site at companies, in Savannah we have program locations at Candler Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital, the Savannah Mall, the YMCA’s of Coastal Georgia, and the Neurological Institute of Savannah.
